HealthCalc provides free, browser-based online health calculators and informational content, including but not limited to:

• Weight management tools (BMI, body fat, ideal weight, calorie deficit, macros, protein, water intake)
• Cardiovascular tools (blood pressure, cholesterol ratio, heart-rate, and VO2 max calculators)
• Pregnancy and fertility tools (due date, ovulation, conception date)
• General wellness tools (sleep cycles, metabolic age, alcohol, and more)

The Service also includes a blog, methodology reference pages, and embed widgets for website owners. All calculations run locally in your browser.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our calculations are based on established medical formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor equation, standard BMI formula) but are estimates only. Individual results may vary based on factors not captured by these formulas.

4. No Account Required

• All calculators work without an account or login. No registration is required to use any tool on this website.
• All calculations are processed locally in your browser. We do not collect or store your health data on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0 for free users).

8. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense or other ad networks). Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for any advertiser's content, products, or services.
